Eddystone Point Riesling
Wine
Bay of Fires Eddystone Point Riesling is made with carefully selected fruit from several north-east Tasmania vineyards. The Eddystone Point range was first released in 2013.
The handpicked fruit is placed in stainless steel fermenters. To preserve the wine's regional acidity and freshness, it ferments at cool temperatures. It then matures for several months in stainless steel on lees.
Pale straw yellow, Bay of Fires Eddystone Point Riesling is juicy with crisp citrus flavours and vibrant acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
